February 2008 Cruise....More!
This is Antonio from Portugal, my head waiter. Thanks to him I enjoyed raw cuisine nights 2-6 no matter where we ate on the boat!! I even met in person with the Sous Chef and was told that I was THE FIRST raw foodist they had experienced. The last two nights were superb. Also gazpacho and the green salad each night were yummy! Here I am with my raw California Rolls! I think they will remember me too. Thanks to my hubby for making sure I was taken care of too....it would have been a very different cruise experience without his love and perserverance.
